| Corn Starch This is the starch of the maize grain or the corn. It has a distinct appearance and feel when mixed with water or milk resisting sudden pressure. This is often used as a binder in pudding and similar foods.

Liquid Glucose This is a mixture of glucose, maltose and maltodextrin and oligosaccharides. This is colorless, odorless, viscous sweet syrup mainly used in confectionery and pharmaceutical industry as a bonding agent.

| Maltodextrine This is a sweet polysaccharides used as a food additive. This is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose. This is produced from starch and is found as a creamy white hygroscopic powder.

Yellow Dextrine This is soluble gummy carbohydrate made from partial hydrolysis of starch. These are made by roasting starch with less acid and more heat. It has the following features:
• Highly convertible and very thin in solution.
• Concentrated solution is very stable.
• Good laciness.

| White Dextrine This is an intermediate product between starch and sugar consequential from starch. Some of our special features:
• Light color and pasty.
• Cooked and cooled solutions set to soft pastes rather than firm gels.
